	Graeme Winton Graeme Winton, the senior partner, entered the life assurance and pensions industry in 1970, and served for over fifteen years with Standard Life before leaving in 1988 to establish the firm. Graeme is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, by examination, and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
	Allan Campbell Allan Campbell, started in Financial Services with the Bank Of Scotland. He gained his Diploma from the Institute of Bankers in Scotland, before joining Standard Life as a Sales Consultant. After six years service, Allan joined G W Winton & Co in January 1990, and became a Partner in September 1994.
	Ray Faherty Ray Faherty has been working in Financial Services since 1986. He worked for Norwich Union for six years before joining Eagle Star in 1992. Ray moved to Scottish Equitable in 1996, as a consultant specialising in Investment and Pensions. He joined G W Winton & Co in April 2001, and was made a Partner in July 2004.
